How do I know my order has been received?
After your purchase has been made, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order will be accepted and dispatched once your credit card and address details have been verified.
Where is my order confirmation?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation to the address you used while making the purchase. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add email@example.com to your safe sender list or you are welcome to contact Customer Service. You can also check your order status by signing into your account on our website.
How can I track my order?
As soon as we are ready to ship your order we will send you an email with the delivery information. After that you will be able to track your order. Please note it may take up to 24 hours before tracking information is updated.
How soon can I get my orders?
Once your payment details have been verified and approved, we will ship your order with the service we provide. Please refer to our shipping section for more information.
What is my size?
We have done our absolute best to create a size chart that should help you find the right size. Please refer to our size guide and incase of any queries feel free to contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
How are the garments made?
All our products are made from 100% organic fabrics which have been sustainably sourced. As we collaborate with our manufacturers and suppliers, we put constant pressure on ourselves to keep pushing for a higher level of sustainability, environmentally and socioeconomically. Our goal is to minimize the impact our fabrics has on the environment and on the human body.

Payment, Shipping & Returns
What types of payment are accepted?
NIXONBUI ApS accepts payment via PayPal and the credit and debit cards including – Visa, Dankort, Maestro, Visa electron, Master Card.
Is my credit card information safe?
We take credit card security seriously. For this reason, we at NIXONBUI never, ever have access to your full credit card information. We are able to see some details about the transaction for reference, such as the last four digits of your credit card number, but not your full card information or CVC (security code). Instead, we use an integration with a card processor called Stripe. Security is one of their biggest considerations. If you are purchasing a product from our website, you will be purchasing directly via Stripe. No credit card information passes or is stored on our servers. If you have any additional concerns or questions, be sure to let us know.
What are the shipping costs?
NIXONBUI ApS is offering free shipping within EU and Scandinavia. For the other countries shipping cost is 20 euros.
How do I exchange or return an item?
You have 15 days to decide if an item is right for you or not. NIXONBUI ApS will refund any item provided that the item has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached. Please fill in the return form and include it with your return item. You can return the item in our studio at Islands Brygge or ship it back to us in this address – NIXONBUI ApS, Kigkurren 8C, Copenhagen S, 2300, Denmark.
How much taxes and duties I have to pay?
Nothing for EU countries. For all NON EU customers, import duty is not included in the prices you see online. You may have to pay import duties upon receipt of your order or at a later date depending on your customs authority. You will not have to pay VAT or sales taxes, but there may be other local taxes that you need to pay to receive your order. The amount you pay depends on your countries tax and duties regulations.
